I haven't heard a thing from the management of Suntrail since they promised to work with me on this matter. Now the 10 day return policy is no longer in effect and to them I don't exist. They won't answer my emails or phone calls. This is their idea of working with you. They were stalling for the 10 day return period to expire, and so it did" not with a bang but a whimper".
